ICQ Universe

I found this's still base on ICQ to request/invite friends to join.
It's a little too late to do this for ICQ since many users of it have moved to MSN, AOL, etc. Maybe, MSN will soon provide this in ten or more language version. Sadly, it seems too late to do many things for ICQ...
